bugs-everywhere software package provides distributed bug tracking system using VCS storage, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bugs-everywhere
bugs-everywhere is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bugs-everywhere package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bugs-everywhere *
You will get with bugs-everywhere package name, version, architecture and description in a table
